Si usted es paciente, persona detenida o persona atendida por una institución que usa DERR, dirija sus solicitudes sobre sus datos a esa institución. Nosotros la apoyaremos para responderlas.

3. Qué datos tratamos

Sitio web derrgroup.com: no tiene formularios ni cookies de seguimiento o publicidad, ni herramientas de analítica. Solo guarda en su navegador el idioma elegido. Nuestro proveedor de red (Cloudflare) procesa datos técnicos como la dirección IP para entregar el sitio y protegerlo de ataques.
Cuentas de usuario de las aplicaciones: nombre, usuario, rol y datos de acceso del personal autorizado.
Datos que registra la institución, según la aplicación:
- DERR Medical: datos de pacientes, incluida su información de salud.
- DERR Dental: datos de pacientes, incluida su historia clínica y odontológica.
- DERR Justice: datos de personas detenidas y, cuando son atendidas en la clínica o el departamento médico, también su información de salud como pacientes.
Registros de auditoría: quién accedió o modificó información y cuándo, para seguridad y trazabilidad.

4. Para qué los usamos

Para prestar y mantener el servicio, garantizar su seguridad, dar soporte técnico y cumplir obligaciones legales. No vendemos datos personales, no los usamos para publicidad y no los compartimos con fines comerciales.

5. Inteligencia artificial

Algunas aplicaciones DERR incluyen funciones opcionales de asistencia por IA (por ejemplo, redacción de notas o sugerencias clínicas) que la institución puede activar o desactivar. La siguiente regla se aplica a todas las aplicaciones DERR (Medical, Dental y Justice): cuando una función envía texto a un proveedor de IA en la nube (Anthropic), los nombres se sustituyen primero en el propio equipo por un marcador neutro: [PERSON], sin revelar la situación de ninguna persona. Si esa sustitución no se puede realizar, el texto no se envía. Actualmente estas funciones solo están disponibles en DERR Medical; DERR Dental y DERR Justice no envían datos a proveedores de IA. 6. Dónde se almacenan los datos

Las tres aplicaciones (DERR Medical, DERR Dental y DERR Justice) y sus bases de datos se alojan en la nube de Railway, en servidores ubicados en California (Estados Unidos). Esto incluye los datos de pacientes y de personas detenidas. El sitio web, el dominio y el correo se gestionan a través de Cloudflare, que opera una red mundial. Esto implica que los datos pueden procesarse fuera de Aruba.

7. Seguridad

Aplicamos medidas técnicas y organizativas, entre ellas: conexiones cifradas (HTTPS), acceso según el rol de cada usuario, cifrado de datos sensibles, registros de auditoría y copias de seguridad. Ningún sistema es infalible; si detectamos un incidente que afecte a datos personales, lo comunicaremos a la institución responsable sin demora.

8. Conservación

Conservamos los datos mientras la institución use el servicio o durante el plazo que exija la ley. Al terminar la relación, los devolvemos o eliminamos según las instrucciones de la institución, salvo que una obligación legal exija conservarlos.

9. Sus derechos

Según la legislación aplicable, usted puede tener derecho a acceder a sus datos, rectificarlos, solicitar su eliminación u oponerse a ciertos tratamientos. Si sus datos los gestiona una institución (clínica, consultorio dental o servicio penitenciario), contacte primero con ella. 10. Menores

1. Who we are

DERR Group ("DERR", "we") develops and operates the website derrgroup.com and the DERR Medical, DERR Dental and DERR Justice applications, including their installable versions for phones, tablets and computers. We are based in Aruba. Contact: errobelt@derrgroup.com.

2. Our role: the institution as controller, DERR as processor

DERR applications are used by institutions (clinics, dental practices, correctional and medical services) to manage their own information. Each institution is the controller of the data it records. DERR acts as a processor: we process that data only to provide the service and according to the institution's instructions.

If you are a patient, a detained person or anyone served by an institution that uses DERR, please direct requests about your data to that institution. We will help it respond.

3. What data we process

Website derrgroup.com: it has no forms, no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tools. It only stores your chosen language in your browser. Our network provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Application user accounts: name, username, role and sign-in data of authorised staff.
Data recorded by the institution, by application:
- DERR Medical: patient data, including health information.
- DERR Dental: patient data, including clinical and dental history.
- DERR Justice: data about detained persons and, when they are treated at the clinic or medical department, also their health information as patients.
Audit logs: who accessed or changed information and when, for security and traceability.
Technical cookies: the applications use a cookie that is necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

4. How we use it

To provide and maintain the service, keep it secure, offer technical support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or share it for commercial purposes.

5. Artificial intelligence

Some DERR applications include optional AI assistance features (for example, drafting notes or clinical suggestions) that the institution can switch on or off. The following rule applies to all DERR applications (Medical, Dental and Justice): when a feature sends text to a cloud AI provider (Anthropic), names are first replaced on the device itself with a neutral placeholder: [PERSON], without revealing anyone’s status. If that replacement cannot be performed, the text is not sent. These features are currently available only in DERR Medical; DERR Dental and DERR Justice do not send data to AI providers. AI suggestions are support only and never replace professional judgment.

6. Where data is stored

All three applications (DERR Medical, DERR Dental and DERR Justice) and their databases are hosted in the Railway cloud on servers located in California (United States). This includes data about patients and detained persons. The website, domain and email are managed through Cloudflare, which operates a global network. This means data may be processed outside Aruba.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access, encryption of sensitive data, audit logs and backups. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident affecting personal data, we will notify the responsible institution without delay.

8. Retention

We keep data while the institution uses the service or for as long as the law requires. When the relationship ends, we return or delete it according to the institution's instructions, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. If your data is managed by an institution (a clinic, dental practice or correctional service), please contact it first. For any question about this policy, write to errobelt@derrgroup.com.

10. Children

DERR applications are intended for professionals and do not allow minors to create accounts. Data about minors served by an institution is recorded and protected by that institution under its responsibility.

11. Changes

4. Waarvoor wij ze gebruiken

Om de dienst te leveren en te onderhouden, de beveiliging te waarborgen, technische ondersteuning te bieden en aan wettelijke verplichtingen te voldoen. Wij verkopen geen persoonsgegevens, gebruiken ze niet voor advertenties en delen ze niet voor commerciële doeleinden.

5. Kunstmatige intelligentie

Alle drie de applicaties (DERR Medical, DERR Dental en DERR Justice) en hun databases worden gehost in de cloud van Railway, op servers in Californië (Verenigde Staten). Dit omvat gegevens van patiënten en gedetineerden. De website, het domein en de e-mail worden beheerd via Cloudflare, dat een wereldwijd netwerk exploiteert. Gegevens kunnen dus buiten Aruba worden verwerkt.

7. Beveiliging

Wij nemen technische en organisatorische maatregelen, waaronder versleutelde verbindingen (HTTPS), toegang op basis van rollen, versleuteling van gevoelige gegevens, auditlogs en back-ups. Geen enkel systeem is onfeilbaar; als wij een incident met persoonsgegevens vaststellen, melden wij dit zonder vertraging aan de verantwoordelijke instelling.

8. Bewaartermijn

Wij bewaren gegevens zolang de instelling de dienst gebruikt of zolang de wet dat vereist. Na afloop van de relatie geven wij ze terug of verwijderen wij ze volgens de instructies van de instelling, tenzij een wettelijke verplichting bewaring vereist.

9. Uw rechten

Op grond van de toepasselijke wetgeving kunt u recht hebben op inzage, correctie of verwijdering van uw gegevens, of bezwaar maken tegen bepaalde verwerkingen. Worden uw gegevens beheerd door een instelling (kliniek, tandartspraktijk of justitiële dienst), neem dan eerst contact met haar op. 10. Minderjarigen

DERR-applicaties zijn bedoeld voor professionals en minderjarigen kunnen geen account aanmaken. Gegevens van minderjarigen die door een instelling worden geholpen, worden onder de verantwoordelijkheid van die instelling vastgelegd en beschermd.
